Survey respondents may enter once in each online survey provided by CoreData Pty Ltd, Hunter & Bligh Media Pty Ltd or Brand Management Pty Ltd.
The promoters are Brand Management Pty Ltd ABN 46 111 644 243, CoreData Ltd ABN 31 111 643 808 and Hunter & Bligh Media Pty Ltd ACN 617 918 733
Competition commences 11:59pm 02 October 2017 and closes 11.59pm 31 of January 2018.
Respondents must be over 18 years and a residing permanently in Australia.
There is one major prize to the total value of up to $4,000.
The winner must still be a subscribed Hunter and Bligh member at the time of the prize draw
The winner must be able to travel on Friday 16 March 2018 - Sunday 18 March 2018
Prize cannot be converted for cash, sold or auctioned
The winner will be drawn at 9a.m on 02 February 2018 at Brand Management / CoreData, Suite 7, Level 9, 66 Hunter Street, Sydney 2000 and will be randomly selected via computer.
The winner will be notified by email on 5th of February 2018 and will be displayed on the Hunter and Bligh website, social media channels and via email.
If the prize is unclaimed by 5pm 09 February 2018, the winner will be redrawn at Brand Management / CoreData, Suite 7, Level 9, 66 Hunter Street, Sydney 2000 at 12:00pm on the 12th February 2018 and will be randomly selected via computer.
The winner of the redraw will be notified by email on 12 February 2018 and displayed on the Hunter and Bligh website.
Subject to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). Authorized under NSW Permit No LTPS/17/18166 and ACT Permit No ACT TP 17/01968
If the winner is from Sydney the flight portion of this trip will be deemed as null and void.
If the winner is located in an area is NSW that regular commercial plane travel is not available they must make their own to Sydney Airport.
Flights will only be To and From Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport, NSW.
The travel plans will be booked from departure and arrival at one of the following capital cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth, Darwin, Hobart or Adelaide. Travel to and from the winner’s capital city airport do not form part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Dates are subject to flight seat availability at the time of booking.
Flights will be arranged by Brand Management Pty Ltd and Hunter & Bligh Media Pty Ltd. The winner will be given particular dates and times in which they must choose to travel.
Flights have no cash value and cannot be refunded, sold or auctioned.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. The winner (and their travel companion) are responsible for expenses incurred, including spending money, insurance, flight meals, all transfers (unless otherwise stated) including travel to and from departure point to airport, travel insurance, some taxes, gratuities, and all other ancillary costs.
Brand Management Pty Ltd and Hunter & Bligh Media Pty Ltd will dictate which airline seats are purchased from.
Flight schedules are subject to change without notice.
The winner and their travel companion may accumulate reward program points on these flights.
Passengers who do not notify their airline of choice at least 24 hours prior to departure or do not present themselves at the airport for their flight will forfeit the prize tickets.
Cancellation and/or changes to the flight details once booked will incur the applicable fee(s). The fee(s) applies on a per-guest, per-change basis. This fee is payable by the winner.
The prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated email address.
Travel insurance is not included in the ticket prize and is left up to the winner.

Once the winner has been drawn and they have accepted their prize voucher Brand Management Pty Ltd and Hunter & Bligh Media Pty Ltd hold no responsibility or liability. The winner will hold full responsibility for all travel, bookings and decisions (abiding to all outlined terms and conditions).
If these terms and conditions are not adhered to the prize voucher may be revoked by Brand Management Pty Ltd and Hunter and Bligh Media Pty Ltd and a new winner will be allocated.
The winner (and their companion) will be provided two nights accommodation at The Star, in The Darling, Sydney, NSW.
Extra people may not be added to the booking
The accommodation portion of the prize only covers two nights accommodation. No room service, mini bar or other service fees will be paid for. This will be left up to the winner.
A credit card payment of $500.00 will be required as a guarantee at the time of check in and make take up to 21 days to be cleared.

A king room will be booked, if you require a twin room we will endeavour to change the booking to two seperate beds, however this is subject to bedding availability.
The Star Gift Cards- Fine Dining and Spa Treatment:
The winner will receive one $1000.00AUD Star Gift voucher. It is encouraged that $500 is spent as a dining voucher and $500 to purchase two massages.
The preferred restaurants for The Star Fine Dining Experience are: Black Bar Grill, Balla, Momofuku Seiobo, Sokyo or the Century.
The Spa treatment sessions on offer are those categorised as ‘Massage Wellness Treatments” each valued at $250.00 for 1.5 hours.
The winner is solely responsible for the spending and safety of their Star gift cards.
Misplaced, lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
Gift cards may not be auctioned, sold or converted into cash in anyway.
The winner will be provided with two Book of Mormon Theatre Tickets for the evening of the 16th of March 2018.
These tickets may not be sold, auctioned or converted for cash in any way.
All lyric theatre terms and conditions apply.
All food, drink and merchandise is to be covered by the winner.
Theatre dates can not be swapped, or modified in any way.
BridgeClimb passes will be purchased and arranged for specific dates offered by Brand Management Pty Ltd and Hunter & Bligh Media Pty Ltd.
The BridgeClimb passes may not be auctioned, sold or converted into cash in any way.
If you are pregnant or have any pre-existing health conditions you may need to provide a doctor’s certificate of fitness before you climb.
You may not climb if you have experience a fit or seizure in the last 6 months, have any broken bones, are more than 24 weeks pregnant, under 8 years of age or under 1.2 metres tall.
You must have a blood-alcohol reading below 0.05 to climb.
The bridgeClimb passes purchased may either be Sampler passes (approx 1.5 hour climb) or Full Day or Full Night passes (up to 3.5 hours long) and are subject to availability and the discretion of the promoter. These passes cannot be amended.
Comfortable, enclosed shoes and clothing must be worn.
You must be over 1.2m tall to climb the bridge
Climbs operate in all weather conditions. It is up to you whether you wish to proceed or not. You will not receive any compensation if you decide not to.
